@WhoFramedMSG Does the Gov get to tell you what your property is worth and what you're able to get for it and what the bank is allowed to pay for it? The answer is a simple no. Nothing done here was unusual. It was all ppl who work in real estate do and it is what all ppl do when they sell property or use it as collateral. You try to get as much money out of it as you can. Then, the bank/buyer does their assessment and they negotiate and come to an agreement. This is what happened here. Also, they were using tax value in some cases, instead of market value. That is completely absurd and they know it.
