  26.  @BreezyYN  I literally just said I don't agree with it at all. THEN I went on to point out there's a large difference between temporary and permanent. Because there is. One is a complete permanent economic system shift. One is not. Students take those loans out themselves. They can pay for it. I am for canceling all interest on those loans, however, brcause they were predatory loans. Taxpayer funded healthcare doesn't equal good or timely healthcare. And again, we can all pay for pur own. There's many things that can be done to lower costs. Like stopping the monopolies made from not allowing state to state insurance. Among many other things. I never said Bernie wants to give out 1000$. He wants to use our taxpayer money to give handouts in other forms, however. "Your side"...what is this kindergarten? We are all Americans and I'm not on either major "side". I'm a right-libertarian. I fall in tbe middle and call out bs on both sides. You can call him whatever you want. He loves communist countries and can't stop praising them. He wants to nationalize several major industries. He once said that he wanted a 100% tax on all income above $1 million. He once said that workers needed to 'take immediate control of the economy if we are to survive' and called for 'public ownership of utilities, banks and major industries,".  He had a plan for “public control over capital.” As late as 1987 he asserted that “democracy means public ownership of the major means of production.” He has said in tbe past "I don't mind people calling me a communist, at least they're alive"🤦🏻‍♀️ Call him what you want. His words say a lot. Bernie always rails on the rich ans says they need to pay their fair share. The 1% pay 39% of all income taxes. The 10% pay 69%. The top 50% pay 96%. The lower half pay 3%. This does not even include the people who pay zero percent. The bottom half are a net negative as they take more in programs than they pay in. Their average tax rate is 4% while the 1% average tax rate is 27%. The top 1 percent paid a greater share of individual income taxes (37.3 percent) than the bottom 90 percent combined (30.5 percent). ...so who doesn't pay their "fair" share?
