  3. The HoR caps at 435. It can't go higher. So, it is proportional. Having those extra ppl gives them more seats and small states get less. So, Greg is correct. They are up for grabs. The seats will be taken from smaller states and given to bigger states. When they do the census, it re-apportions them. The. The state will redistrict and there will be new elections for those seats. EM was right too though. It does add to their state....it just takes from another.

  8. This is asinine. If he was somehow on their side, they'd love nothing more than to turn TX blue. And he is why the Dems are finally realizing what we've been saying about this all along. He sent the problem to them so they'd wake up. They did. It worked.
