@hitthecouch Well, sadly, the court was right. They had no mechanism for recall, so they put a referendum to make one on the ballot. Then, on that same ballot, they asked to recall her. 😂 So, they put the 2nd question on the ballot when there was no mechanism to do so...until the 1st one passed, but it was on the same ballot. They said they out the cart before the horse. Which is true.

@LadyUpstart That is objectively false. There was no mechanism for recall. That was the whole point of question 1. The issue was putting question 2 on the same ballot. They put it on the ballot when there was no mechanism for it. If she knew a judge or not is irrelevant. It was a 3 judge panel and they were correct.

@LadyUpstart This is just false. There was no mechanism to recall a mayor. This is just objective fact. It is unarguable. That was the whole point of the first referendum question. Now, on that same ballot, before there was a mechanism to do so, they added the question to remove her. That is why it was overturned. Her being a friend or not is irrelevant. It was a 3 judge panel and what they said was objectively true. They should have made the mechanism to recall and then recalled in the next election.
