  3. He is just using it as a negotiation tactic to get what he wants because while it would hurt us by not having some things, we would get them elsewhere and it would cripple Can. I hope it doesn't get to that. It is all about other places paying their share and protecting borders. But, I would never boo them. That's terrible.
