@lucabriatore7891 Tbose "protests" the left were cheering on caused billions in damage, killed dozens, injured 700+ cops(this was just last year, not including this year), etc. They attacked a federal courthouse for months, barricading the ppl inside and trying to set it on fire. Ahooting mortars at it, nightly. They took over a few blocks of the city and ppl were harrassed, r worded, and killed. They wouldn't allow cops in. They used moffia(mispelled purposely) like tactics and made businesses do what they wanted them to or risk them destroying their business or hurting them. Etc etc etc. No rational and reasonable person can honestly say legal protest when discussing this. Very few ppl were violent in the other case. The rest were meandering around, doing nothing. The vast majority only got misdemeanor trespassing charges. And most of them had the door opened for them by the cops inside. Your views are erroneous.

@lucabriatore7891 So you are defending murder, destruction, harassment, insurrection, etc...gross. Most of the BLM ppl are not paying. Most have been let go. What you fail to understand is that those Democrats were cherring on and instigating an already very violent and deadly group and Trump literally told the not yet violent (very few ever were) to be peaceful. After ppl did becone violent, he told ppl to respect police and go home. Repeatedly said to remain peaceful. Then he sent national guard. You are wrong.

@lucabriatore7891 And as I stated, those Democrats egged on more of the violence. Those ppl were already being violent and they cheered it on and egged on more. So yes, they can take part of the blame. They knew the murder, destruction, insurrection, etc. Was happening and they cheered it on, signaling that it was good and instigated them to continue.

@lucabriatore7891 The Supreme Court held that inflammatory speech and even speech advocating violence is legal unless the speech is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action. Telling people to go somewhere while telling them to do it peacefully is the exact opposite. Stop. You are embarrassing.

@lucabriatore7891 Similar constitution means nothing. We have different rulings in cases and laws that came after. Also, you are allowed to yell fire in a crowded theater here. If uou purposely did so, knowing there wasn't, AND it led to a panic where ppl were killed in the rush out, you may be charged.

A republic backed by a constitution. The only way democracy works is if you give it an addendum. You wouldn't change the base word. Democracy is mob rule. We don't have that.
