They died at the hands of the African traders who took them from their homes in ‘slave raids’ in Africa. They also died on the forced, grueling march from their homes to the coast. People died awaiting sale in buildings, called slave forts, on the coast. For instance, there is records that show a buyer who bought almoat 1000 slaves and over 200 were killed before they got to his possession. You are spreading misinformation.
