  1. Both are free speed imo. But, nobody is saying she should not be ALLOWED to say it. Nobody is saying she should be punished by the gov for it. That IS what they say about other ppls speech. Asking her to resign, not voting for her due to it, and telling her the truth about her speech is just fine and not against free speech.

  2. ​​ @Hello_11345 Everybody is well aware of that. Idk why everyone always feels the need to repeat this all the time. The question is should it have legal consequences? 99.9% if the time, no, it shouldn't. Her speech also shouldn't. But, it should get what she is getting.
