He did give state what they needed. He even sent an entire med ship to NY that they didn't even use. Media is rewriting history and you're believing it. What state didn't have what they needed? Back then, they were thanking him.

@dwaynenewman8405 The real problem was the hospitals putting everyone on ventilators, the Dems sending sick to old folks homes, Dems locking down for many months, etc. And Dems freaked out when he stopped travel from Ch... and were out in Ch... Towns telling everyone that everything was fine.

@dwaynenewman8405 There was a shortage, so states were scared, thinking there wouldn't be enough, and were getting it themselves. DT had companies like GM, here, making things we needed due to the shortage. He was sending it all over the country. You seem to forget a lot about that period of time. And it is silly to think the Fed Gov covers 100% of everything.

He was asking questions of the expert that was speaking. At no point did he say to drink anything. At no point did he say bleach. As usual, this was taken enormously out of context. It was the reporters who suggested that he said that when he didn't. And he even clarified at that time.

@dwaynenewman8405 But, I'll answer anyway. The economy went down in the entire world. And Dem governors who had prolonged lockdowns are part of the reason it did here. But, things had bounced back before DT left, despite of them, and was improving. Then, JB came in and immediately passed the bill that spent trillions of dollars when it was no longer needed because it had bounced back and it instantly caused inflation, so it went back down.

@dwaynenewman8405 The only way to know the truth is to see what the left says, see what the right says, and then go directly to all of the primary sources to see which was correct. You cannot know the truth by restricting yourself to one sided media. I look at both and then prinary. Based on your belief of what happened and your belief in things that are completely untrue, you do not.

De Bla zee oh was on TV saying it was a cold and downplaying it. In March, JoeB was still telling ppl DT was fearmongering. Late night shows were still telling ppl to go about their lives. Meanwhile, DT had already started acting and they attacked him for it. When are you going to realize you have been lied to?

@dwaynenewman8405 I figured I'd do you a little favor and get some info for you. Inflation. It was 1.4 when JB took office. In March, he passed the Am Rescue Plan on March 11(even though it didn't need rescuing anymore. Things were fine aside from governor lockdowns) By April, that already caused it to up to 4.2 and it rose even more in the next months. In Aug, it was 5.3 and they passed thr inflation reduction act (apparently to lower the inflation they caused...except the enormous influx of $ when it wasnt needed was the cause...and this one made it worse) It went up to 6.2 by Oct. In Nov, they did it again with the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. It then started to up and up and up until it was 9.1 by June.

@dwaynenewman8405 There were bills in March, Aug, and Nov of that year that were enormous and no longer needed because things were already bouncing back and had been when he got in office. Even with Governors lockdowns. You can look at the infl. Timeline and see the direct consequences where it got up to 9.1.

@dwaynenewman8405 For unemployment, it is a pointless conversation since it was CV that caused the problem. Specifically, it was D governor lockdowns and their refusal to reopen that caused it. It got better as they opened. 72% under JB are recovered from CV, not newly created. He also has less labor force participation.

@dwaynenewman8405 Now, you should go back through and see all of the things you had wrong and then really think about why you thought what you did. Maybe, at some point, you'll start to look into the other things you thought. Maybe actually look at the right for what they have to say. Then you'll look at the primary sources and see which one had it right. Then maybe....maybe...eventually, you'll see that you have been lied to. A lot. I went through this in 2016, so I get that it is hard to break through and admit it to yourself.

And there was a shortage. And it isn't up to the fed gov to do it all. I already explained the entire bleach thing a day or 2 ago.
