You are either offended by it or you aren't. Using it says you aren't and you use it as a weapon against others. The idea that one group can use a word and one can't is, itself, racist. If they stopped making such a big deal out of a simple word, it would lose its power. Thankfully, though, so many of them have falsely weaponized it that it is losing its power to be used as one. 😂
