Dude, this is the Olympics. These ppl train their whole lives to get there. Stop pretending it would be easy to just forfeit it. She tried. She also quickly realized she couldn't. I wish she and all the other women, together, would forfeit. But, that is not an easy request. This isn't just a random tournament you trained a few months for.

 @MsEnglishtea I'd hope that being a woman you wouldn't think this is funny since this is being forced onto all of us. Not just in sports.

@MsEnglishtea It could be that she was afraid. It could also be that this is the Olympics. The thing these athletes work their entire lives to get to. You have any clue what that would be like to work your whole life for something, earn it and get there, and then find out they thrust this on you? Yeah, she should have forfeit, but that is a whole lot easier said than done in this case. And it wouldn't have changed anything.
