This requires documented proof to register. The National Voter Registration Act of 1993 prohibits states from confirming citizenship status, and federal law requires states to accept registration forms that include an attestation of citizenship under penalty of perjury.

  9.  @RetroRobotRadio  This law also requires documented proof. That changes current law which prohibits that. It also penalizes those who would register them without them showing the documentation.
