  1. The thing is that LaRose has been trying to tell Dems about this for months! So, they can't say anything wasn't above board. They could've rectified it. In the end, he'll get on the ballot somehow, our politicians have already said this. Still funny though.

They did nothing to ensure it didn't. They could have moved up the date to make sure he could get on it. They didn't. OH is just filling its laws.

  30. ​​ @samuelwahls8315 Wdym? They didn't meet the deadline. There are 2 deadlines. One is the deadline for certification. That's in Aug. But, to extend it, it takes 90 days for the lae to go into effect, so that deadline was May 9th. Sue for what?

  33. Because the deadline is in Aug which is after the rnc convention. The dnc is after Aug. They could have changed the law, but Oh law says that it goes into effect after 90 days, which made May something the deadline.
