@Stacy_Smith Well, I'm quite glad that you can read. I'm proud of you for that. However, you not being a law expert, you don't understand law or know case law. This has already been tried before and it failed in numerous courts. Not one agreed with you. The words of one court was, "because the Natural Born Citizen Clause had not been implicitly repealed by the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the United States Constitution, laws requiring all presidential candidates to affirm that they are natural born citizens are constitutional."

@Stacy_Smith The natural born citizen clause has not been repealed. You can hold whatever wrong opinion you want, but it is still wrong.

Well, the thing is, we don't have it. They implement it based on a horrible misinterpretation (likely on purpose) of the 14th. It was created to give citizenship for slaves and their children. Not anyone who walks across or any random tourist. "Subject to the jurisdiction thereof" This part is misinterpreted. Any rando walking across is still subject to the jurisdiction of their home. They have allegiance to their home.
