  2. This is just not true. There is 0 evidence that he was to testify against her nor is there evidence she is even being investigated for there to be someone to testify against her. She did have a windfall (as usual) when they were hacked and there is a possibility he knew something about it, but there was no testifying, and there is 0 proof that he knew anything about it. She is the worst, but let's remain truthful.
