  2. ​ @Phil198431  Yes, it is. Soc is a stage in the historical process towards communism. This was to be achieved through a proletarian revolution, not through gradual reforms within the capitalist system, which is what DemSoc is. Both are to achieve the same thing.

  3.  @plslakewood  And it needs to be lower to compete with the slave labor. They're saving too much with that labor, having little regulation elsewhere, and having no tariff to make it there and ship back. It is about incentive to compete to get them to come back here. Lower taxes, less regulation, and maybe even an equal tariff that is on us will help get them back.

  5. The 1% pay 39% of all income taxes. The 10% pay 69%. The top 50% pay 96%. The lower half pay 4%. This does not even include the people who pay zero percent. The bottom half are a net negative as they take more in programs than they pay in. Their average tax rate is 4% while the 1% average tax rate is 27%. The top 1 percent paid a greater share of individual income taxes (37.3 percent) than the bottom 90 percent combined (30.5 percent). Taxpayers with incomes below $30,000 filed nearly 44% of all returns but paid just 1.4% of all federal income tax – in fact, two-thirds of the nearly 66 million returns filed by people in that lowest income tier owed no tax at all.

  9.  @ohsweetmystery  That is just as nonsensical. The only tax should be sales style tax which should have a cap and not allowed on food. It is voluntary. Dont wanna pay it, dont buy it.
