If the school tells them to leave and they don't, not covered. If they're escalating to harassment, not covered. If they're violating amplification laws, not covered. Etc etc.

  3. not paying attention? They're not being arrested just for assembling. They're being arrested for other things. Like trespassing. You do not have the right to assemble anywhere you want. Or harass. Or disrupt the normal function of the schools. Etc.
