  1. I think it needs to be made more clear that it is not a crime. Tax assessment value is different from market value. Markets fluctuate constantly and different assessors come up with different valuations, even. There is never a set amount that you must say it is worth. The bank does their sue diligence. 100% of the time. DT, being the real estate guy, knows this. Neither have committed a crime, buuut, by Jon's logic, sure. Lol
