They even overpaid. By time the land was split, Js owned more of it than the As. The majority of it was unowned land (crown lands that were uninhabited). The Js went and built up that land. They made it livable.

She did ask me over and over if I was sure and gave scenarios to make sure I knew what I wanted. I'm still very glad I did it, but those who want it reversed is 14%. 18-24 are 4 times as likely. So, many of them are gonna change their mind later and will be disappointed.
