Do you believe that punching a woman in the stomach who is...we will say 2 months(but any month works) pregnant and killing the baby is murder? Do you believe a woman who knowingly does heroin whilst 2 months (or any amount of time) pregnant should be prosecuted for child endangerment or murder if the baby dies?
