@williamhornabrook8081 Then since the vaccinated still get it and still spread it just as easily, yet are not being forced to test weekly like the unvaccinated, they vaccinated are infringing on the rights of the unvaccinated liberty from the spread of disease? Also, does this mean that if someone gives me the flu and I find out they knew they had it or that they didn't vaccinate for it, I can sue? Also...kind of weird that California made it just a misdemeanor with a small alap on the wriat to knowingly give someone HIV just a few years ago then... Something smells rotten here.
