All drugs should be legal to have and use. There is no victim in those situations except yourself in some cases. You should be able to do what you want to yourself so there is no victim to be a crime. The people who are going to do the hard drugs are already on them. Nobody is gonna go do heroin just because it became legal. I have no problem with bus drivers and dentists smoking weed. It will be exactly like alcohol and they shouldn't do it while doing their job. People make this decision every day already with alcohol.

@J I want all drugs legalized. I do because consumption of something has no victim(except sometimes yourself, but that shouldn't be a crime in a "free" country). If there is no victim, there is no crime. We supposedly live in a "free" country. People should be allowed to consume what they want.

@tmp123451000 The issue is, this idea of ending opioid abuse is hurting people who really actually need them. Just recently, the government(people who are not doctors)just made a bunch of changes to the amounts of opiates allowed to be consumed in a day. A big slash in the mg where these ppl go from one amount one day, and the next day(because the government says so, not a pain management Dr who has been to school for years and years) they are slashed in half. This will lead to more illegally obtained drugs by these people who are now screwed and also more people going to heroin (many heroin users started doing it as an alternative to the increasingly hard to obtain pills)Opioids are terrible when abused, but this new war on them is hurting a lot of legitimate people.
