@@ThreatActor-1337 Public defenders take the cases they're given. And everyone has a right to a lawyer. No matter how heinous the crime they are accused of. It may sound terrible with a case like this, but remember that everyone is innocent until proven guilty.

@DMac-nf3vy That's nonsensical. You do not know if they heard, how long they heard (like they're supposed to sit outside and time it?), etc. Ppl are living their lives. It is nobody's fault except the mother.

@Astr0_Man You don't know if they did hear it. Or hear it day in and day out. You don't know if she was crying day in and day out. She clearly would have slept too. She likely would have stopped at times too. The mother is to blame. Only her.

@uva3088 That is nonsensical. You ever had a baby with gas? A colicky one? One that is sick? And you don't know if they could even hear it. Then, if they did, were they supposed to sit outside and time how long it goes on? Think ppl. The mom is to blame. Not them.

@JessicaO490Z Exactly. My son was allergic to dairy when he was a baby and it made him cry and cry. We put him on soy formula and he was fine then, but there was 2 or 3 days where he cried and cried due to the gas.

@watsonspuzzle False. Do you have a ring doorbell? Those things pick up what you can't even hear. Also, it picked it up st 1am. Also, the doorbell is outside. (When it was quiet...1 am) Ppl are busy living their lives. Stop placing blame on ppl who you don't even know if they heard it at all or how long they heard it.
