What? 😂 The guy has tried to do everything he can. He has tried numerous ways to block it and the fed gov comes in and removes them. He is also the reason why leftists are FINALLY agreeing that this is a major issue and are actually talking about returning them. (The voters anyway) He also just sent the NG and is, as we speak, blocking the fed gov with those NG. It is nonsensical to say he is an embarrassment.
