  3. This is HARD work you're doing...physical labor. Theres many people that refuse to do that for $20/hr at a job. You're out here doing it out of the goodness of your heart. You're a good person.

  9. Wow that looks so much better. If the guy is too old to do it himself the city should help him somehow instead of fining him. Im not sure who would do it or how the city would pay for it, but there has to be a better way.
