  1. Im an American that lived in China for two years. I thought I knew what racism was, but wasn't anything compared to how much the Chinese hate the Japanese. And exactly like thsi woman, all they want is a formal apology. Not pandering, or money, or physical things -- just an apology. And Japan refuses to do it.

  5. Its obvious he just doesn't care about any repercussions. He knows exposing the real truth about DPRK is more important. He's sacrificing his own safety to bring attention to it. Very commendable!!

  7. The worst part about the Japanese today is they whitewash a lot of this in their school textbooks and have been seriously lacking in foreign apologies

  11. You shouldn't feel guilty personally - you did nothing wrong. But maybe you could work towards, donate money, etc towards getting your government to recognize the past and 1) include it in your textbooks and 2) issue a formal apology

  12.  @mehmethuseyinyldz4915  America saved the world during WW2. Of course all Americans are not perfect, but they should be very very VERY far down on your list of countries to blame. Without America interceding and liberating most of Asia, that area of the world would look very different today.

  13. Im not trying to be a jerk but honestly who cares what they think?? It's not even their own thoughts, its the thoughts of their government they have been brainwashed with. This is really sad. Thank God they were able to get out.
