  1. This is why I couldnt be a vet, even though I really wanted to as a kid. I realized that a lot of the job would be putting animals to sleep, dealing with grief stricken pet owners, tell them the surgery wasnt successful or whatever, etc. I just could not do that. I cant even imagine having that discussion with a human, about another human. Difficult...to say the least.
