I dont understand why they needed an aircraft carrier in the first place considering their geography. A sub fleet makes a lot more sense.

@watchm4ker But they only have one port they can keep the carrier at, and I think its only even accessible in the summer months.

@lonemaus562 Im not debating a carriers worth, Im debating it for Russia. They only have one port they can use for ships that big so itd be easily blockaded in times of war Id think.
