  1. I get where hes coming from. Every year the Antarctic gains ice, while the arctic LOSES ice. So in the future theres gonna be a lot of shipping thats going to use a northern route. Also if Russia ever did fire missiles at us they'd come over the north pole, thats why we have the one airbase there I assume. But this is really about economics in the near future.
