  1. Ive never understood the logic behind having 10,000 nukes. I understand they might get shot down, fail, whatever. But still, 10,000? Thats expensive as hell to maintain. Better to have 100 missiles that are each 100x stronger. But then I see this, and their "new, more effective" missile costs over 1B. That was not the logic here guys!!
