  1. Fellow men... dont quit. Dont ever quit, dont ever give up. The times we live in are rough, and mens mental illness is not taken seriously at all. But you gotta keep fighting, even when it seems pointless and/or hopeless. Find your faith. God, Buddha, Nature itself -- find something. Nothing tangible can fill the hole we all have in our soul. Forgive yourself, dont be your own worst enemy. There may not be a visible path to success, but that doesnt mean the path isnt there. And define what success even means to you, deep down, as it may not match societies idea of success at all. DO NOT QUIT. YOU ARE LOVED! YOU ARE IMPORTANT!
