I had a tornado go right through my town a few years ago and both my cats freaked out completely 10-12 minutes before it hit. They saved my life arguably. Pets can just "feel" things like barometric pressure, shifting of the earth, etc. They're in tune with the earth and I dont think thats a crazy opinion!!
