  1. The moon should be a base for more space exploration. Firing off rockets from the Moon is obviously infinitely easier than from Earth.

  4. It took me like 20 minutes to explain to my friend why launching any future missions would be infinitely easier from the moon than earth. He goes "but the moon isnt even that far from the earth compared to mars or whatever". Well, yea, thats true, but he never thought about atmospheres, and the moons total lack of one.
