  2. Israel obviously has many faults. But we still need to support them, they're the only sane country in the entire area. HAVE to support them, they're a bulwark against fundamental Islam. I feel a lot differently about this issue than Ukraine.

  3. This is the strongest argument the CCP has for an authoritarian government. In such a huge populated country, which is ALWAYS at massive threat of floods, they need to be able to act quickly. Im not defending or supporting the CCP... trust me. Im just saying, this is doubly bad. The damage is bad, but its also bad the CCP will use this as a reason to maintain such a strong hold.

  4. One thing not mentioned (unless I missed it) are satellite and electronic warfare. If I were China, the first thing I'd do is fire missiles to take out as many US satellites as possible. Maybe an extra EMP attack on top.

  7. I think a better solution would be to add some sort of sign/plaque or something that explains the history of it, even the bad parts. Explain to people why it was erected and why societies views have changed. You can't just remove it.. history is history regardless of if its positive or not.

  13. I dont understand why people call me a coward or weak because I want this war to end. No, its not fair. But thats life. Neither side has made any serious progress for what, over a year now? Its pointless. The deaths are pointless. Wanting an end to the war makes me a coward these days apparently. But I have to wonder, are the people saying these things to me ready to go fight on the front lines themselves?
