ok I know this sounds bad but what did the guy expect to happen? old age or not, you cant walk up to a cop in the middle of a race riot and grab his arm!! the cops dont know if the guy is mentally ill, is armed, etc. at 75 years old youd think he would know that was not a good idea? I dont know. everyone needs to do better. civilians and police both.
