  29. I know Putin is Putin, but, a lot of these type of headlines seem like western psy ops to me. I cant accept Putin doesnt have any idea whats going on. That is crazy to me. Even with subordinates being afraid to tell superiors things, I just dont see that happening here to the degree suggested. I mean he was a KGB agent, which we all know, it seems that accurate info would be more important than anything to him? I also know that every day he reads newspapers from all over teh world, its not like hes insulated against bad press. He can be well informed and still be a killer.
