It requires an entire philosophy shift. The culture has to develop an obligation to take better care with trash. There are far poorer countries in the world than India that do not have this problem. There's more population dense countries as well. Thats all there is to it really. I will still say this though, the Indians I've met here in the US are incredibly friendly and some of my favorite people to work with. Btw, where are all the women?
