  1. because it was a weapon mass produced in China in 1969 when China had a war with the Soviet Union over the Zhenbao Island in the middle of the Ussuri River separating the two countries (China won the war and seized the Zhenbao Island by the way). This obsolete weapon has long been phased out in China for many decades, however we sent a lot of these to Albania at that time, which was pro-China and anti-Soviet in the 1960s and 1970s. Ukraine is using our 1960s weapon? lol, interesting.
