I had been to Kunming, Yunnan province of China in 2015 and came back in 2023 again last year and the changes were tremendous in just 8 years! The biggest change was the level of cleanliness, it is spotless now. 8 years ago, it wasn't as clean as it is now. I didn't mean it wasn't clean at that time, but not as clean as it is now, it's simply spotless these days.
