It's also dangerous going 80 in a 55 construction zone, but I bet the cop doesn't get a ticket.

@JamiHefley They should have pushed the point. I'm willing to give cops a little leeway but 80 in a 55 construction zone. That's crazy.

6
@jamesfranklin465 I'm right there with you. You know that cop is up there making such a big deal about this because he knows that he is wrong.
6
@kayturner8612 did you miss the two real cops on the scene? 🤣
5
@kayturner8612 points just sail right over your head all the time, don't they?🤣
5
@joejohnson8656 That is exactly my point! That's the only reason he is up there pitching such a fit and looking up his record. 💯
5
@brian6105 As guilty as that cop is acting, and has been from the jump. Y'all are up here clutching your pearls and acting brand new. Okay!
5
@pitt24fan Nobody in their right mind would ignore how defensive that cop is acting. Who said he was a convicted cop impersonator? Have you seen his record?
4
@brian6105 Stop crying about telling the truth you can't handle, little one. 🤣
4
@kathleenmartin8304 I know if he was in a pursuit that he needed to have his lights on. If he was following somebody, then he certainly had enough time to stop on the side of the road and argue. So, how important could it be? 😁👍
4
@kathleenmartin8304 If he hit and killed one of those construction workers going 80 mph, would that still be okay with you? Police are still required to take pedestrians into account.
4
@justno808 I agree.
3
@kbo8029 When did I say anything about the other guy not being wrong? My instinct is to hold both of them accountable equally under the law, like it is supposed to be. Why isn't that yours?
3
@brian6105 Did it work? Did you convince yourself? Did you make yourself feel better? Can we get back to reality now? 🤣
3
@tu1469 1. 5 over is still not legal. 2. Time stamp where he flipped? 3. That cop was awfully defensive for not having done anything wrong.
3
@codywarhawk7099 Show me where he ever said he was a police officer? He was flashing to cut the cop to get him to slow down in the construction zone, which is his job. He didn't even pull him over.
3
@stuffedgrubs ... but he had enough time to stop, turn around, and argue with a dude on the side of the road. So whatever he was working on was more important than the safety of those construction workers' lives, but not so important that he couldn't stop to argue? I call BS!
3
@DMV8662 It's called holding everybody equally accountable under the law. Unless you think police officers should be above the law. Is that what you think?
2
@theanarchist6106 there's a reason why people like you hide behind faceless accounts to say things like that.
2
@theanarchist6106 No. He is my son. I just look younger than I am. I'm 40. He is 14. I had him when I was 27. Why do you ask that?
2
In the meantime, I bet that cop don't get a ticket.
1
@pitt24fan Then why, in the world should anybody pay attention to what your meesli unimportant self is saying?
1
@pitt24fan I'm the daughter of a retired cop, but even if I wasn't, everybody knows cops be worse than almost anyone.
1
@kbo8029 Listen to the first line of the video you watched. "was traveling THROUGH A CONSTRUCTION ZONE".
1
@kbo8029 You're pointing fingers at the other guy doesn't make it okay to say, "Other people do it, so it's okay."
1
@jamesgomillion4584 Watch the video and see how he acts. Then get back to me. Until then... you're just pointlessly posturing. Also, wait to see if he ever claimed to be a cop. Then, try holding them to the same standard instead of being obviously biased.
1
@tu1469 1 over the speed limit is illegal. Being able to get away with it doesn't mean it's legal. Goodness.
1
@tu1469 You mean you can't prove your claim. Cool! Thanks.
1
@Debra-f3l The man determined it the way police do when they don't have radar. Pacing. Listen to the first part of the video.
1
@PutItAway101 Please show me where he lied. And anyone who actually wants to see how defensive that cop is acting. So let's not act brand new.
1
@McCheeseincakes That's not what he said. You are intentionally leaving out the whole quote. When he was talking to HIS WITNESS, he said, "We were going what? 55? 60?." He wasn't talking about the guy at the time.
1
@russmode Exactly! 💯
1
@charliestille2820 Get back to me when you're not afraid of arguing the actual substance like an adult.
1
@leinonibishop9480 Actually, police officers have more rules to follow under the law than any other job. The fact that you think they should be about the law is what's striking.
1
@northfox4110 How long have you been driving? Are you telling me when you're on the interstate going the speed limit and some guy goes whizzing past you that you can't tell that they're going at least 15 over? Really? It's called pacing and eyeing. People get tickets for it every day.
1
@stevehuggett2098 It happens with police officers in traffic court all the time.
1
@leinonibishop9480 Police are still supposed to consider pedestrians when they're chasing someone. If he was chasing someone, he should have his lights on. If he was following someone, he shouldn't have stopped, gone back, and argued with a guy on the side of the road.
1
@northfox4110 All that's really interesting for a courtroom debate, but it's not going to be because he's a police officer, so they'll let him off the hook.
1
@FalkSinss 👈 Followers 🙄 1. If he was chasing somebody, he was supposed to have his lights on. He also wasn't supposed to stop to argue on the side of the road. 2. Please show me where he claimed to be a cop?
1
@andrewschmitt5372 It's his job to slow them down in the construction zone. He didn't even pull him over. He simply flashed his lights to tell him to slow down.
1
@gbwnab1 I already answered you. Scroll up.
1
@andrewschmitt5372 Stop lying and use the whole quote. That's not what he said. When he was talking to HIS WITNESS, he said, "We were going what? 55? 60?." He wasn't talking about the guy at the time.
1
@sustud1531 People who care about holding everybody equally accountable under the law. Again... at what point did he claim to be a cop?
1
@sustud1531 No matter how childish you choose to act. It's not going to make all the facts go away. You're just embarrassing yourself.
1
@theanarchist6106 Why not? If he was tracing somebody, he would have had his lights on. If he was tracking somebody, he wouldn't have stopped to argue.
1
@theanarchist6106 Cowards vilinize people for doing their job, trying to keep people safe. That day, that was the pedestrian. It certainly wasn't the UC police officer.
1
@theanarchist6106 Does that make that police officer a coward, too? Because he certainly wasn't sticking to the laws, principles, or codes of conduct.
1
@sustud1531 Is that why you are too scared to tag me when you reply now? Puss move. Thanks! 😁👍
1
@sustud1531 You can either explain the whole situation in detail like an adult, or you can bash the messenger like a kid trying to make himself feel better because he knows he can't. You've already shown which side you're on.
