In your case, this wasn't me commenting on your grammar. I just thought you didn't know that you said the exact opposite of what you wanted to say by adding those two quotation marks in the wrong areas. If it had not affected the meaning of your point, I wouldn't have said anything. Lord knows I don't do the best I can with grammar myself. You would just changed the meaning of what you were saying to the exact opposite and so I thought I'd let you know.

Merely in the hands of the user? Meaning anyone attempting to assign positive or negative connotations towards socialism, would not fully understand it, in the way they should before speaking on the subject... Well, that's super simple to demonstrate. Why didn't you just say so in the first place? 👇 Could socialism exist in a country and/or Community, without people to set it up and run it? You know what that applies to other systems of governmental operation, to, right? Like, all of them. Take, for example, dictatorships. People who are used to living in a free Society, including myself, who value their freedom, generally a recoil at the idea of living under a dictatorship. A dictatorship is, simply, one guy makes the decisions for everybody.... but, let's say that guy decides that what he wants to happen is he wants all of his citizens to get whatever they need or want in order to live, grow, be happy and thrive. Would that make that particular dictatorship, bad? It's all in the hands of the user. So you are attacking socialism, is like you trying to arrest the vehicle of the guy who was drunk and got in his car to mow down a pedestrian. It doesn't make sense.

Who does it corrupt? A person. The user. The systems themselves are not bad. The people who use them are. For instance, you do a very bad job at presenting your argument. You start off your argument making tons of mass of The Simpsons about total strangers, you could never quantify, and then expect people to take you seriously when you start talking about other stuff. You are a bad stewardess of the points you are attempting to get across. Your plan of, from the jump discrediting what you have to say, is a bad idea.

After that the algorithm deletes. You lying about my post history only further just credits you. You're not very good at this and people will check. They will also notice that you're not giving specifics when making claims and you're ignoring most of what the other person is saying because you don't have a good rebuttal to it. The only thing your comments come across as are you trying to avoid any opposition to your opinion even before you hear it. It's called confirmation bias and preconceived notion. It's easy to spot.

I wasn't even endorsing socialism. Simply stating facts about it. That was enough for this fear-filled person to lose their mind. Challenge their belief system with the expectation of evidence.
