  10.  @pb9400  Now to you... So, here is the problem with trying to deny reality... Especially reality that is recorded on video... All ANYONE has to do, in order to find out what REALLY happened, is refer back to the video. Which is why it is not a good idea to deny facts, that can be backed up with video evidence. "She used all her energy to tackle him like that" So, she didn't "tackle him". A sweep body slam, like that, is not a "tackle".... And how exactly do you know that "she used all her strength? She seamed to have enough left over to walk away, run back over there and block 2 punches from him, and land 2 more of her own, right after. Which easily disproves your little theory wrong. "The boy wasn't even fighting back" 1:22 She runs up, punches him in the side of the head. Then after being knocked to the ground, he kicks TWICE as she takes about a step and a half back and stands there. He then comes up, lunges and swings on her. She grabs the arm he does that with, charges him back to a bent over position and then uses that position and HIS body weight, as he pushes to stand up, to flip him over her and body slams him to the ground. 👈 Restraint! And not HER full strength. She used some of her strength. Not much... His position and inertia, attempting to stand up straight, to do it. Now... You are a guy, so I can forgive this, but, not everything is about "strength", in a fight. Infact, if done correctly, very little is used of your own... But let's continue with our play by play / reality check for you... Shall we! 😁

  65.  @Emilygirl201  do I think with the proper training and conditioning women could be equal to men in a combat situation? Absolutely. Not only can they, they have been and are. I have about 17 years of self defense training under my belt but I am an amateur compared to most fighting women. As for abuse victims, it would only serve there purpose to be able to defend themselves against a bigger man. I'm not claiming that men don't have size and strength on most women. I'm saying with the proper training, and using counterbalance tactics, women can be just as equal to men in a fight. When you're fighting, strength and size are only one small part of it. That's not even in like and I ate ornament kind of situation. There are so many female cops out there that passed the same test the male cops to go out there and protect us. If police feel that we are on equal footing with men, there's no reason anybody else you think differently. I've been in several abusive situations most of my life. Despite my training. That's how I know that most fights are 90% mental. Up until the very end of that cycle, I never raised my hand back at the people who were abusing me even though I had the skill to do so. I spent a good deal of my recovery beating myself up for that until one of my trainers reminded me about the mental factor. I couldn't hit him not because I didn't think I could take them, I couldn't hit them because I cared about them. Women and abuse situations need to be trained mentally as well as physically. Doing it that way and deliberately doing both of those will only help them. Overall they just need to stop getting the message that they are not equal two men. We don't have to be bigger or stronger. With training, a clear head with quick thinking and fighting skills are a match for just about anyone. Matter actually discounted in that way. Men have more testosterone which makes it harder for them to think when they're worked up. You packed on top of the adrenaline of a fight and it's harder for them to stay focused. Sorry, that went on longer than I thought. LOL what do you think?
