  1. Okay, but, for a moment, lets talk qbout whether or not intent is a consideration in breaking the law. I think it should and does apply to other crimes. Take murder and involintary man slaughter. Intent is the difference between those 2. Which is important in that case because it can tell you whether they lean twards violence or if they are likely to do this again. I am no Hillary supporter, however.... In that state of mind and with knowing that she is unlikely to do it again, just like with everyone else, she should have the charges fit the crime. Looking it it from that persepective, the most they could charge her with, under the laws we have on the books today, is pergary.
