  10.  @SanderSovrlic-alesov  Its chose... And it's a chess board. Russia invaders Ukraine and NATO has to respond. Meaning us. Ukraine or not full moon brings of NATO yet but they are on our Readiness response program. Then... Bam... the two countries with the most nuclear weapons in the world are now fighting a war against each other. A third world war is NATO is involved. Sanctions is a warning. It restricts their money for a war but that tactic didn't stop Putin before.

  11. @6 String Therapy Ukraine is a member of the readiness response program of NATO. If they invade we have to respond. Putin knows this. His whole reasoning for invading is so they don't become a member of NATO fully.

Then by definition, we can not be a constitutional republic. We are and have been a representative democracy and constitutional republic. Or, a Democratic Republic.

CNN sheep - That is a mass faulty assumption about millions of ppl you've never met in your life, based off of the soul fact that they watch CNN. It also doesn't take into account that you were here commenting on a CNN video, meaning you watch CNN. So, using your logic... It's actually called a false dichotomy. You're basically saying if you agree with CNN then your sheep. Aka... If you don't agree with me, you're something bad. It's setting up a false choice for you to make yourself feel better about your lack of substance to contribute to that opinion. The second part of, is just you trying to reaffirm your false dichotomy. In other words, faulty nonsensical logic and false dichotomies.

That's probably why Putin is doing it. He knows that if he invades it will not only be an easy win for him right off the bat but then America will have to get involved bc of NATO

You're also disregarding the fact that Vladimir Putin is fully aware of this. Also you can blame everything on the Biden Administration. So why are you body blocking for Vladimir Putin?

  22.  @bradpotter6401  Okay... But that doesn't account for all the facts. 1. Vladimir Putin is fully aware of Ukraine being in the expense program for NATO. He is fully aware what that means if he invades Ukraine. 2. The US does not have any control over what he decides to do with his country. 3. This is by far not the first time gladimir Putin has decided to passive-aggressively challenge the US. I don't want to go to war. I certainly don't want to go to war with the only other nuclear power that matches ours, but... If we don't uphold our NATO Alliance there is going to be much worse things happening.

China is our economic competitor. If China was our Real Enemy they could collapse our economy, probably for good, tomorrow if they wanted. China owns over 50% of America's debt. All they have to do is call in a few markers, or stop the supply ships. America is their biggest customer. So to paint them as being against us is ludacris. As for NATO spending... All 30 Allies contribute to the NATO budget on an agreed cost-share formula based on Gross National Income, which represents a small percentage of each member’s defence budget. This is the principle of common funding, and demonstrates burden-sharing in action. These few by example. Your making it sould like NATO would collapse without us. They would not. You need all the facts. Just a few of its top earners. United States: 3.6% Greece: 2.4% United Kingdom: 2.1% Estonia: 2.1% Poland: 2.0% France: 1.8% Romania: 1.8% Latvia: 1.8% Lithuania: 1.7% Norway: 1.6% It's not our "assistance". It's our obligation. One that we all uphold, in order to keep the peace. It's essentially, you mess with one of us, you mess with all of us. A strategy that has kept us out of a third world war for 87 years now. But mostly, again you're not interested in the actions or intentions of, Vladimir Putin. He doesn't care about a peaceful resolution unless he gets to take over an entire country. He's not trying to hold on to anything. He doesn't have a hold of Ukraine. Ukraine is its own country. It's also in our defense Alliance. Meaning we defend it when people are trying to do things like invade and take it over. Just like any of these other countries would do for us. It's super easy for you to say "oh it's just Ukraine" when it's not the US. Except you would have a whole different take on the matter if it was us... and don't be deceived by Vladimir Putin. He's not attacking Ukraine to attack Ukraine. He's attacking Ukraine because he knows we have to defend it. He doesn't give a damn about Ukraine. What the hell does he get out of Ukraine?
