@ManMountainMetals Not if they had been groomed their whole life to do so, then only get pregnant after the age pf 17 or 18, depending on the state... Which is... Ya know... Not at all... Unheard of.

Spring is in The Air 🇺🇸 it's not a baby yet, if you understand biology.

@binasarmah1486 It's not at all unheard of for girls to be groomed at a younger age and then the abuse to continue into their technical adulthood. In most States, irregardless of this fact, any incestuous Act that happens after the age of 17 or 18, depending on the state, is considered consensual... Or, at the very least, not prosecutable under the law. That's how it's not. 100%

@ManMountainMetals Also... Name calling is for children.
3
@marine9583 And... are you under the impression that married women don't have abortions?

@jamesblahut5008 If they have been groomed and only get pregnant after the age of 17 or 18, depending on the state. Under the law, unless physically forced, at that point, its considered consensual. Or at the very least, not prosecutable.

@metalhead4725 The baby isn't a baby yet... If you understand biology.
2
@jeremypilot1015 Yeah... That is only true if you know literally nothing about birth control and it's effectiveness.

Women are being more and more reduced to human incubators, the "Pro Life" lobby continues to only care about children when they are inside the womb and the right is still all about "personal freedoms", until they disagree with you. Happy Mothers Day 🙄

@ManMountainMetals Yeah... You may wanna go back and read what I said... Then... Ya know... Try a little more logic with your next reply.

@USA92 Just hang in there sweetheart! There are some of us out there. Ya just won't find a lot of long thinkers in places like this, unfortunately.
1
@jamesblahut5008 The problem isn't technical. It's legal. Legally it can't be considered rape.
1
@DrakeShattuck yeah.. But we kinda living in a big glass house there, as well... Soo... Lol
1
@kevind1650 Guess you don't understand grooming.
1
@kevind1650 if you have been groomed from a young age but ended up only getting pregnant after you turn 17 or 18, it's considered consensual, as long as Force wasn't used. Which, is not at all unheard-of. Or, in short, educate yourself before you speak.
1
@kevind1650 nope. I replied directly to what you were saying. Directly also to the Head comment... and explain the very real scenario as to how incest could not be considered rape under the law. So... What's your point again?
1
@kevind1650 if you want to pretend that that's not the case because it turns out you were wrong and you can't come up with a rebuttal for that, that's your problem.
1
@kevind1650 So... First... You claim I am not referring to the topic at hand... And now your trying to insist that laws that don't exist in most states, do. Okay... Someone's ego is a little bruised. In most states, there can be charges of incest. Infact, all but 2 states. New Jersey and one more... I can't think of. However... despite the familial relationship, if both parties are of legal age and force was not instituted ( meaning, if they did not resist or state they did not want to do this at one point or another ) it can only be charged as incest and not rape over the age of 17 or 18 years old depending on the state. This is irregardless of whether or not they were groomed as a child. Now, they can be charged with rape for the prior crimes before the age of consent. However, this would not be covered under the exemption laws if sad woman had gotten pregnant after the age of 17 or 18 by a family member. That means that rape and incest victim would be forced to give birth to that baby. However, if you have specific statutes that refute that, please provide them? I'll wait...
1
@kevind1650 what I'm saying is if a girl had been groomed and sexually violated, as well as abused and isolated, which is so often the combination in these cases, it's not about being stupid or not. That is just beyond ignorant.
1
@a_diamond in some states the age of consent is 17 and others the age of consent is 18.

@mattt5006 If a person who is braindead or has lost all or most of their brain, is not alive outside of the womb, how are they alive inside of the womb?
1
@marine9583 Yet the most reported cases of incest or still mostly in deep red states, despite whether it's legal or not... And way more then just 2.
