  1. So... Here's the thing... Under US law, the "how" and the "why" are important in considering the charges. Neither of which are as important as the act, itself, however. Essentially, Lindsey Graham is arguing the difference between the equivalency of manslaughter and Murder One. He is saying, both, that it wasn't Donald Trumps fault, but it was... Except Trump didn't mean to do it. So lets just forget about it.
