Did you not learn from the last guy? There is crime everywhere. Some crime or in some places and certain other crimes happen other crimes happen more in other places. Welcome to the problem with the minimum wage not keeping up with inflation or worker productivity for the past two decades. All Joe Biden is doing is qualifying them as poor, which is what they always where. That way they can get help.
