  3. I came to NYC in 2002. Giuliani had just passed the torch to Bloomberg. We had about 15 years of clean safe city before corrupt Democrat DeBlasio got elected and started the city on its decline. It was still not too bad in 2019.

  4. I live in the Bronx and go into midtown 4 days a week. Yes people are still sleeping on the floor in subway stations and on the street. Lots of them. And the rest of his statistics are bullshit.
