They need the artificial scarcity to keep prizes of houses and appartments up so we the employed working class people can't afford to buy them. This is the reason why. The owner class, existing of landlords and corporatists, get free money from us every month, because we can't afford housing, we can barely afford rent.

  6. @ " so... They can crash at your house?": They and I don't have to: There are 4 times as many empty houses as there are homeless people. They could all have 4 houses each. Like I said: We have hundreds of millions empty properties all over the world. They are all owned by the owner class and they are being used just to create artificial scarcity on the housing market, in order to raise the prices of very few homes that are made available for rent to the public (working class). If you researched how the economic system on this planet actually worked, the answers would already be clear to you and you wouldn't have to make such irrational claims and strawmen.

" We ought to hold government accountable": We can't, dude, because the gov't has been merged with corporations by Trump and lobbying has been outta control since Reagan. There is no more accountability with this system, because we the working class are being destroyed by the owner class, which is why we need to overthrow this entire system.
