"reusable rockets that countries couldn't even figure out": Lol, the space shuttle was reusable even 40 years earlier. So was the Buran that could even fly by itself. No modern rocket can entirely fly by itself and land on a runway. "bore tunnels miles long faster than anyone": Tunnels that are nothing but an ego-trip, because barely anybody can use them and trains would work just fine.
